El proyecto trata de dar respuesta a una vivienda unifamiliar en el barrio de “El Porvenir”, al este de Sevilla. La leyes predominantes de la parcela en cuestión, junto con sus preexistencias, una Jacaranda de más de 9 metros de altura, son los condicionantes primordiales en la toma de decisiones. 
Tratando el elemento vegetal como eje principal del proyecto, se crea un perímetro edificado en torno a la parcela, configurándose de este modo dos piezas en forma de U interconectadas que dan respuesta a los vacíos propuestos: El primero, de menor dimensión , en torno a la Jacaranda, y el segundo, proyectado como lugar de esparcimiento,  que configura los llenos y los vertebra.

The project seeks to respond to a single-family home in the neighborhood of "El Porvenir", east of Seville. The predominant house of the plot in question, along with its preexistence, a Jacaranda of more than 9 meters in height, are the primary determinants in decision making.

Treating the vegetable element as the main axis of the project, a perimeter built around the window is created, thus configuring two interconnected U-shaped pieces that respond to the proposed gaps: The first, smaller in size, around the Jacaranda, and the second, projected as a place of recreation, which configures the full and vertebrae
